These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bitcoin Revolution platform, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated through the domain bitcoin-revolution-platform.com. The Platform is designed to facilitate trading in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and various altcoins. Bitcoin Revolution is a software tool only and does not itself act as a broker, exchange, financial institution, or investment advisor.

The Platform connects to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and brokers. All actual trades are executed through these third-party partners. Bitcoin Revolution does not hold, custody, or control your funds at any time. You acknowledge that your relationship with any third-party exchange or broker is governed by their respective terms of service.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Bitcoin Revolution of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

4. Risk Disclosure and Investment Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital. You acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Bitcoin Revolution shall not be liable for any losses you may incur.

Bitcoin Revolution does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. The Platform is a software tool that executes trading strategies based on algorithms and user-configured settings. You are solely responsible for determining whether any investment, strategy, or transaction is appropriate for you based on your personal investment objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance. Past performance of Bitcoin Revolution, Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any cryptocurrency is not indicative of future results. No guarantee or representation is made that you will achieve profits or that you will not incur losses using the Platform.

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, algorithms, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Bitcoin Revolution, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of the Platform or its contents, any collection and use of product listings or descriptions, any derivative use of the Platform or its contents, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

7. Fees and Payment

Use of certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. All fees are described on the Platform and are subject to change at our discretion. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of the Platform. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time, with notice provided through the Platform or via email.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, extended periods of inactivity, or at our sole discretion for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. BITCOIN REVOLUTION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BITCOIN REVOLUTION, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF BITCOIN REVOLUTION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BITCOIN REVOLUTION'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bitcoin Revolution, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the English language. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Platform or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
